We offer a no quibble refund policy. Please return goods with proof pf purchase within 14 days of receiving your purchase and we will exchange or refund. Postage must be paid for by the customer. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We use Royal Mail to deliver all parcels. All parcels are sent recorded, either standard recorded or next day delivery, dependant on your choice at the checkout. Standard recorded delivery to UK is £3.50 (unless item is large eg. a pram - in this instance an additional amount will be added at the checkout field before you proceed to make your payment). Next day delivery is £6.95 but all purchases must be made before 5pm. We also ship worldwide at a charge of £15.00.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Should you have any reason to complain about our service, we will aim to deal with matters effectively, fairly and in full confidence. We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and we will give you a timescale for resolving the matter. You will be kept informed at all times.
